“Dirty piece of shit” – Darren Till and Mike Perry are shocked by the teen who beat a man for a cigarette

Recently there was a video circulating online where a boy can be seen brutally beating an elderly man and walking away with his bag. The incident took place near Blackpool Lifeboat Station in the morning and it was extremely disturbing. In the video, the boy can be heard asking the defenceless fan for a cigarette and after getting it he kicked the man in his face, followed by some punches.
The man was left bleeding and according to Lancashire Constabulary, the victim was in his 40s and suffered severe injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and was found to have broken bones, cuts, bleeding etc. The police have confirmed that the 16-year-old boy has been taken into custody and is charged with assault and robbery.
Whatever happened it was sad as well as concerning. A kid in his teens hitting an elderly person like that for a mere cigarette does raise a lot of questions. UFC fighter, Darren Till who proudly represents Liverpool was clearly disappointed about this incident.

Mike Perry has a suggestion to Darren Till’s recent tweet about a teen assaulting a man for a cigarette
Darren Till took to Twitter in order to share the clip and express his frustration with it.
Till was absolutely surprised that someone can do this sort of thing to another person for a cigarette. The fighter blamed the kid in the video calling him a disgusting individual. He wrote:
“Couldn’t get a cigarette so beat a man half to death and stole his bag.
Can anyone explain what the fuck is going on nowadays?
What a horrible little dirty piece of shit…”
Till’s friend and Bare Knuckle boxing champion, Mike Perry also saw the video and commented on it. Perry revealed that this is the main reason why everybody should be on a defensive stance during a confrontation. The fighter suggested people to always stand up during such a situation and maintain a distance and be prepared to run if necessary.
“That’s why I’m on go mode when people approach me cuz I wouldn’t just sit there like that. People you gotta get yourself in a defensive position when hostile people approach you. Stand up and make distance at least. Be prepared to run if you’re not the fighting type,” wrote Perry.
Although it’s hard to assume someone’s intentions right after getting into an argument, it’s better to be in an active stance during it. It’s easy for Perry who is a professional fighter to talk about fighting back but even if as a layman with no fighting experience, people can actually defend themselves in many ways.
