Seems like Paulo Costa is not going to leave Khamzat Chimaev in peace anytime soon since their rivalry has officially taken off a new level. Costa is the former UFC middleweight title challenger who’s coming off a huge win at UFC 278 when he defeated former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold via unanimous decision. Other former champions Costa has win over is former UFC welterweight champion Johnny Hendricks and former interim-UFC middleweight champion Yoel Romero.
Chimaev on the other hand fights at welterweight and is one of the fastest rising UFC athletes to stardom. Within just his sixth UFC fight, the Chechnyan-Swedish MMA fighter was destined to fight UFC megastar Nate Diaz at UFC 279 this weekend. However, unfortunately for him, Chimaev missed weight by a huge mark which changed his opponent to another fast rising to stardom athlete in Kevin Holland. Chimaev is known for his wins over the likes of Li Jingliang, Gilbert Burns, Gerald Meerschaert and many more.
Paulo Costa out-cringes “King of Cringe” Henry Cejudo in a very awfully funny act
Costa and Chimaev first went at each other with Costa telling time and again publicly that he wants to fight Chimaev. Chimaev decided to confront Costa when they were both training inside the UFC PI and things were under-control but the situation was regardless, extremely hostile.
Now coming to the latest episode of “Triple C & The Schmo” featuring co-hosts, sports journalist Dave Scmulenson and Olympic champion as well as former simultaneous 2-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo. Dave had Chimaev’s cap in his hand in front of Costa and told during the conversation that he wishes to give Chimaev his cap back since he left it by mistake when they met the last time inside the same studio where Costa is been hosted.
Costa snatches the cap from Dave, stretches the waistline of his shorts and starts putting the cap inside his shorts by rubbing it again and again to his groin. Cejudo couldn’t control his laughter and Dave was extremely shocked at what was happening. Watch at this clip below.
