Drake promises to buy expensive Rolex watches for Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann after today’s UFC event. UFC London just took place inside the O2 Arena and it turned out to be a massive event as expected. Ahead of the event, UFC shared a screenshot of American rapper and producer Drake’s massive bets on Pimblett and McCann.
Drake put over $2 million for the pair to win their fights against Jordan Leavitt and Hannah Goldy. Pimblett submitted Leavitt in the second round of the fight and made it look very easy. On the other hand, McCann knocked out Goldy in the last minute of the first round. Both Pimblett and McCann gave stellar performances and won their respective fights very convincingly. As a result, the $2 million that Drake put in got him over $3.7 million after winning.
Just after Pimblett’s win, McCann shared a clip of both the Scousers asking Drake for Rolex watches for winning the bout. ” Excuse me Champagnepapi, we just broke your curse lad. Can I have rolli?,” Said Molly on the clip with tagging Drake.

After McCann tagged Drake, the superstar was quick to reply in a great way. Drake shared the story on his Instagram account and gave green light to the deal. ” Rollies for Meatball and the Baddy,” wrote Drake. He also tagged the crypto betting platform Stake through which he did the betting.
While it is not sure if the pair will get the Rolex from Drake it is safe to believe Drake will keep his words. After that, McCann was extremely excited for the Rolex watches and talked about it during the post fight show of UFC London.
Drake is a huge MMA fan and likes to get frequently on the fighters. However, lately it has been noticed that all the fighters Drake has bet have lost their fights and this started the whole meme of ‘ The Drake Curse’. For example, in the past Drake bet on Justin Gaethje and Jorge Masvidal and ended up losing the money. But it seems like the curse has finally lifted.
