Dustin Poirier is the UFC’s third-ranked lightweight fighter. He will meet Benoit Saint-Denis, the 12th-ranked lightweight, in a five-round co-main event. This is Dustin Poirier’s comeback to the octagon following a dramatic knockout defeat to Justin Gaethje in their UFC 291 rematch for the ceremonial BMF championship.

A fan of Benoit Saint-Denis had commented on one of Dustin Poirier’s recent posts. This post was allegedly posted as a result of the announcement of Poirier’s fight with Saint-Denis. The fan insinuated that Saint-Denis would defeat him easily in their upcoming match. This is what he posted:

Benoit Saint-Denis on the other hand is coming off a huge win against Matt Frevola at UFC 295 held on 11 Nov 2023. Interestingly, he won the fight via a spectacular head-kick knockout.
