Dana White’s healthy approach is all because of Gary Brecka

Gary Brecka, a health consultant, was instrumental in changing the life of UFC CEO Dana White. He exposed him to potential health concerns and drove substantial lifestyle adjustments. Brecka described how he spared White from a dire 10-year life expectancy in a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

Recognizing the importance of his well-being, White sought the advice of Brecka in 2022 to determine his life expectancy. Brecka offered a gloomy diagnosis after a battery of tests. He indicated that White had just a decade to live unless he made significant lifestyle changes.

This startling revelation drove White to reconsider his options and go on a remarkable healing journey. Brecka noted that looking back at pictures of White before this intervention, he appeared as if he was “about to pop.”

Dana White, inspired by this severe wake-up call, adopted a wellness-focused approach to his daily routine. Most notably, he recently revealed his miraculous physique change, which he attributes to an 86-hour water fast that became essential to his current wellness routine.
