Coach Khabib Nurmagomedov is getting all the praise for recreating the iconic “Real Steel” movie with Belal Muhammad during the fight against UFC 280. Fans react to the Dagestani excelling as a coach post-retirement in fighting.
Khabib Nurmagomedov went 3 and 0 at UFC 280 as he coached all of his teammates to amazing victories. Apart from the obvious victory of Islam Makhachev in the championship fight, Belal Muhammad securing a knockout victory against Sean Brady really shined the light on Coach Khabib for his wonderful coaching.
During Muhammad’s fight in the prelims against Sean Brady. We got to see the welterweight secure a TKO win which was very unexpected of him. Thanks to Coach Khabib in his corner, the former lightweight champion guided and pushed Belal to go for the TKO.
Fans were quick to notice that Nurmagomedov was enacting the exact strikes of Muhammad in the corner which struck close to Hugh Jackman from the movie “Real Steel“. In the 2011 blockbuster movie, Hugh Jackman, who plays a fighter uses shadowboxing to guide the robot “Atom” to beat other robots in the world of “robot boxing”.

This is not the first time Khabib Nurmagomedov has stunned the fans with his coaching. Since his retirement, the former UFC champ has been coaching his teammates during fights. Some fans believe having Coach Khabib in the corner should be sanctioned as “cheating” given how good the Dagestani is with corner advice.
