We are close to watching two of the best welterweights bump fists in the octagon. Kamaru Usman vs Leon Edwards 2 is nearing and the UFC knows exactly how to make a good promo for their pay-per-view cards.
UFC 278 is right around the corner and the world is two weeks away from watching one of the greatest welterweights of all time Kamaru Usman do what he always does best when the bright lights shine upon him. The pound-for-pound best will take on his former rival, Leon Edwards. Only, this time Leon is a completely different fighter from his first meeting with the Nigerian Nightmare. With the pre-fight press conference giving us a tease of what the tension between Usman and Leon is, the fans were due for the much-anticipated promo.
UFC never fails to blow our minds with their perfectly cut promos for fight events. UFC 278 is no ordinary event. Usman is returning to the octagon to remind the world that he is the greatest welterweight of all time. Leon, on the other hand, wants his revenge against Usman, and also is determined to snatch that precious welterweight belt from the champ’s waist.

UFC 278: Kamaru Usman vs Leon Edwards 2 trailer gives fans goosebumps
In the UFC 278 promo, you can see some chilling commentary from Joe Rogan that praises Usman for being leagues above the rest of the most stacked division. The fighter is also one of the most dominant champions we have seen in the history of the promotion. The trailer also shows the best knockout in Kamaru Usman’s career against Jorge Masvidal during their rematch.
The trailer also has the UFC president claiming that Kamaru will go down as the greatest ever fighter if the Nigerian Nightmare keeps up his winning streak and dominance. Edwards is the underdog in the main event but that doesn’t entirely rule him out from being one of the best in the division. Leon is believed by many to be the one to end Usman’s reign as the welterweight king. The trailer also shows highlights of the great Jose Aldo who fights in the undercard against Merab Dvalishvili. Paulo Costa and Luke Rockhold fight each other on the main card which is another banger of a fight in the upcoming PPV.
