Liverpool native Darren Till was said to be one of the best welterweights in the UFC. In his prime, the fighter’s striking ability and victorious mindset had him rushing through opponents. However, following the losses against Tyron Woodley and Jorge Masvidal, the fighter was unable to maintain the win streak.
This time, ‘The Gorrila’ hit a new low as he revealed a humiliating aspect of his career. The Liverpool native is known to have invested money in cryptocurrency. However, these endeavors came crumbling down as he was revealed to have lost all his money in cryptocurrency. Losing money in the currency that conned a lot of celebrities and fans is not new, as a lot of them have spoken about the matter.
This had fans heartbroken as the once top prospect in the welterweight division seemed to have had a fall. Among them, some fans clown the fighter for investing in the currency in the first place.
Cryptocurrency is known to have conned a lot of fighters and fans. ‘The Gorrila’ is now a part of them. As Darren Till’s career progressed, Till was unable to maintain the calculated aggression he had at the start of his UFC stint.

Under Till’s tweet writing, “Lost all my money in crypto,” one fan wrote, “What a downfall.” Judging by the replies, the British fighter had been taking a hit on his Twitter handle.
Darren Till was considered to be the best fighter in the welterweight division in 2018. The fighter was running through fighters with devastating knockouts and impressive performances. However, it seemed like the Liverpool native could not maintain the pace of his fellow welterweight competitors.
