Chimaev moved up to middleweight after missing weight at UFC 279, and Costa has now confirmed that a fight is planned. Both supporters and doubters are now looking forward to the likely showdown, which could take place in Abu Dhabi in October.

Khamzat Chimaev, despite his sense of humor, has not fought a match since last year. In his last fight in September 2022, the Swede defeated Kevin Holland by submission in the first round. Khamzat Chimaev is well-known in the UFC and among welterweight fighters. Since his UFC debut, Borz, who has a professional record of 12-0, has been on a winning streak.

Borz is scheduled to face Brazilian middleweight Paulo Costa in his next fight, but no official announcement or confirmation has been made. Khamzat has regularly pushed to move up to the middleweight division and the fight against the Brazilian middleweight seems natural.
