Henry Cejudo might just have dug his own grave with his recent criticism of Conor McGregor. Cejudo is pretty known for his disliking for McGregor and the corner Olympian often goes out of his way to mock McGregor. Whether it’s his tweets or his training clips, Cejudo always finds a way to troll the Irishman.
This time Cejudo in one of his tweets tagged Conor McGregor and took a dig at the fighter’s recent legal investigation for raping a fan at the NBA finals. Cejudo sarcastically asked McGregor to be ready for his possible court case and win it as it will be his first win in a long time.
“Hey @TheNotoriousMMA I hope you win your upcoming Court Case…it’ll be the 1st win you get this decade.”
McGregor was at the Miami Heat game to promote his brand but instead got into several controversies. But that’s not something new for McGregor and he definitely knows how to deal with them. However, Cejudo’s tweet has led him to deal with many negative responses.

Henry Cejudo might have just wanted to have some fun after making that tweet however, it has definitely backfired. Cejudo came back from retirement this year but despite a great amount of expectations, he failed to deliver and lost to Aljamain Sterling. After that tweet, fight fans were quick to make Cejudo remember all that.
Fans mocked Cejudo for having the same amount of wins as McGregor in this decade but not being at the same level as the ‘Notorious’ when it comes to brand value. Few directly pointed out why Cejudo is so obsessed with McGregor and never fails to talk about him in his tweets.
