UFC veteran Tito Ortiz is considered to be a pioneer in popularizing mixed martial arts. Being in the sport for over two decades, the fighter has fought a lot of formidable opponents and emerged victorious. Disregarding Ortiz’s fighting abilities in the octagon, one aspect that the Californian native struggles with is pronouncing certain words. ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’ is often witnessed slurring his words on interviews and talk shows.

Khabib Nurmagomedov is a name that Tito Ortiz has struggled to pronounce. Recently, a fan on Twitter compiled all the times he mispronounced the Russian’s name. Upon watching the video, fans immediately shared the hilariousness of the premise. Ortiz constantly tried to enunciate ‘The Eagle’s name but failed every time.

While giving his predictions for Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagomedov, the fighter pronounced his name in several different nuances. “Khaleeb or Conor? Conor is just too damn good. That kid is confidence through the woof,” said Tito Ortiz. In another interview, ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’ went on to say, “Khabib Menenenov, might’ve pronounced the name wrong.” The fighter also called the Russian fighter “Caleb” in a separate live stream.

Despite trying his hardest, Tito Ortiz keeps failing to pronounce the Russian fighter’s name. Khabib Nurmagomedov is a name that the Californian native struggles to pronounce. These instances had gone viral on Twitter and fans have not had enough.

Tito Ortiz is often known to slur his words while on interviews and live streams. Him trying to pronounce ‘Khabib Nurmagomedov’ has always been a favorite watch for fans. This time, a popular MMA Twitter account by the name of ‘Borrachinha Depot‘ compiled them and posted them.

The caption wrote, “Compilation: Tito Ortiz tries to pronounce Khabib Nurmagomedov.” Upon witnessing the hilarious enunciation attempts done by Tito, fans took to point and laugh at the MMA veteran. One fan went on to tweet, “OMG I’ve never heard Tito display self-awareness about his pronunciation. You’ve hit paydirt!!! Lmao Kaleb Menenenov.”

Disregarding his bad pronunciation attempts, Tito Ortiz was a legendary fighter. His wins over veterans like Chuck Liddell and Chael Sonnen have been career highlights for ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy.’
