“Elon sent starlink to Ukraine” – Fans wreak havoc on social media after claims of Khabib Nurmagomedov rejecting to coach Billionaire Elon Musk surfaces ahead of Zuck fight

It appears that Elon Musk won’t be trained by Khabib Nurmagomedov for a match against Mark Zuckerberg. The Tesla CEO reportedly got in touch with the former UFC lightweight champion to ask for advice on how to prepare for a prospective matchup with the CEO of Meta Platforms. Nurmagomedov, though, declined the offer. 

According to the Russian news agency TASS, Nurmagomedov refused because he doesn’t train outsiders and people with different lifestyle choices.

“It could also have a negative impact on the image of the wrestler, since he and Musk have different views on life, alcohol and drugs….Khabib refused for reasons of principle. He ended his coaching and sports career, nothing can change that. Musk’s status also does not play any role. Although Khabib regularly receives offers both to be a coach and to return to sports.”

In June, both billionaires first got into the discussion of fighting each other, and since then, Mark Zuckerberg has trained with professional fighters such as Israel Adesanya. However, it seems like Elon Musk won’t be getting any help from the former UFC lightweight champion.

Many fans respected Khabib Nurmagomedov’s decision to keep his principles above everything else and not care about the popularity of someone like Elon Musk. However, there were a few who made their own assumptions about why the Dagestani didn’t want to get involved with Musk.
