There is no doubt that WWE legend and Hollywood actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is one of the most iconic wrestlers ever. His charisma and personality during his prime in the ring were unmatched. Johnson was known for his iconic persona and superior trash-talking skills. However, it looked like UFC lightweight Charlie Campbell channeled his inner ‘The Rock’ during his post-fight interview.

Campbell performed dominantly against his opponent, Alex Reyes, who he knocked out in the first round. However, he uniquely celebrated his win in his post-fight interview with UFC legend Daniel Cormier. Campbell asked Cormier, “What did you think of my boxing?” However, when Cormier was about to talk, Campbell cut him off and said, “It doesn’t matter what you think. Shoutout to Dwayne Johnson, The Rock, put me in a movie or something.”

The Rock used to have an array of catchphrases and dialogues that have become iconic since his time in the WWE. Campbell’s hilarious interview was also a reminder of the massive $21 billion UFC-WWE merger. The merger may mean superstars from both sides appearing at major events.
