The fighters pay in the UFC has always been a topic of debate for many fans of the organization. Many fighters take up second jobs to make ends meet, as they simply cannot make enough from fighting. A recent example of this is welterweight fighter Geoff Neal, who works as a waiter at Texas Roadhouse.

Geoff Neal is a highly skilled middleweight fighter who is known for keeping new fighters from entering the top 10 ranks. He has been fighting in the UFC for quite some time and has fought some of the best. He has won over the likes of Vicente Luque, Belal Muhammad, Mike Perry, and more. Neal is coming off a loss against Shavkat Rakhmonov, where both fighters put on a brutal display of violence.

Despite everything he has done inside the octagon, Geoff Neal works at a restaurant. Like Neal, the current flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja also worked a second job to sustain his fighting career. ‘The Cannibal’ worked as an Uber Eats Driver for six months despite winning fights in the UFC.

However, Neal says that he works at the Texas Roadhouse to keep himself occupied and from doing stupid s**t. The #8-ranked middleweight fighter has been arrested for DWI and unlawfully carrying a weapon. To avoid all of it, he keeps himself busy outside of practice as Geoff Neal waits tables at the restaurant.

Despite Neal’s justification of the situation, many believe the fighter is working two jobs to make a living. Fans call out UFC president Dana White on the issue of fighter pay.

Not every UFC fighter can make Conor McGregor money in the sport, and he has to go through his fair share of trouble to make a living. Despite fighting in the UFC, many fighters take up second jobs to support their families and their careers. UFC welterweight fighter Geoff Neal was recently spotted by one of his waiting tables at Texas Roadhouse.

Many fans called out Dana White to pay the man properly, as he had been fighting in the UFC for quite a long time. However, that was simply not the case. Neal worked at the Texas Roadhouse to keep himself busy at all times. The middleweight fighter also revealed that he tends to do obnoxious things whenever he is free.

Despite clearing up the situation, fans still believed Neal said this to avoid being targeted by Dana White. “Uncle Dana holding him at gunpoint, ” said one of Geoff Neal’s fans. Meanwhile, others revealed that by working at Texas Roadhouse, he would receive great meals for very little work.

Neal has a huge fight coming up against the highly touted Ian Garry at UFC 292. Neal is currently ranked 8th in the division and a win over Garry might help him become one of the top 5 middleweight fighters.
