Ferguson appears to be gearing up for a grand comeback in his fight against Paddy Pimblett at UFC 296. The fight will take place on December 16, and only five weeks remain for the bout. Ferguson has appointed the legendary superathlete David Goggins as his physical training and conditioning coach for the bout.

Furthermore, in Goggin’s Instagram post, he mentioned that their first day of the ‘Hell Week training’ included several things. Subsequently, Goggins stated that their workout consisted of 3+ hours of high-intensity cardio, tempo cardio, over 600 push-ups, and tons of chest exercises, exemplifying their machine workouts.
