In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Ngannou answered the question about how Dana White would feel about what he did in the ring.
Francis Ngannou told Helwani to invite White to his show to know about his thoughts on the fight. Moreover, he was quizzed about performing in the UFC under Dana White’s thumb, and the effect it had on fighters like Jon Jones.
You have to understand. Dana has power over a lot of the fighter. A lot of them, they're just there to please the boss. A lot of them they don't have their own personality. They don't have their own identity. So, they just want to fit in something...It cost a lot and it takes a lot to stand up and say what you think.Franicis Ngannou (via Youtube -The MMA Hour)
