Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has risen to celebrity status since his debut in the UFC. Ngannou has been collaborating with multiple influencers and content creators. He is a well-known personality in the influencer space and has made friends with a lot of creators too. He recently posted a photo with popular American rapper Drake.
Ngannou took to Twitter where he posted photos of him interacting with the rapper. He captioned the tweet “Gods Plan” which is a popular song by Drake. In a recent interview with Gymshark, Ngannou revealed that he is a big fan of the song and it resonates with him. Ngannou revealed that he listens to the song while he meditates and before walking out to a fight.
Ngannou met up with “Drizzy” while he was on tour with fellow rapper 21 Savage. The duo is touring 56 states around the United States and Canada promoting their new album “Her Loss”. Whereas, Ngannou is training with boxing legend Mike Tyson to face Tyson Fury in his boxing debut in October in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Drake has also stated that he is a huge fan of Ngannou.
Drake is a huge fan of the UFC and was also present when Khabib Nurmagomedov brawled in the arena after his fight with Conor McGregor. It is unclear how close Ngannou and Drake are, but it is clear that they have mutual respect for each other. It is possible that we will see them collaborate on something in the future.
