Michael Bisping is a UFC Hall of Famer and a former Middleweight Champion. He fought nearly forty times in his career and retired with 30 wins and nine losses. Bisping took a short-notice fight to face the Champion Luke Rockhold in 2016. He overcame all odds and knocked out Rockhold to win the Middleweight title.

After retiring in 2017, Michael Bisping became a full-time analyst, commentator, and content creator. In the final years of his UFC career, he started to act in films. He took on small roles in various film productions to build his name in Hollywood. However, it appears that Bisping has another film role lined up after discussing it with a fan on Twitter.

Bisping posted on Twitter about getting back in shape. A fan asked, “Solid work Mike. Got any acting gigs coming up?” Bisping replied, “I’m on one now mate. Hence training like a max man again.” It appears that the former British fighter has a new film lined up. He does solid work on his Youtube Channel, covering the sport of MMA.

Bisping fought some of the best fighters in the Middleweight division, like Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre, Luke Rockhold, Vitor Belfort, and Dan Henderson. He had a distinguished career and an inspiring story of coming from a poor background to becoming the world champion. He remains active in training even to this day.

Acting roles of Michael Bisping

Michael Bisping had minor roles in the films Plastic and Anomaly. He did not get a starring credit for those films. However, Bisping appeared on television much before his film debut. In 2010, he acted in the series Hollyoaks Later as Nathan McAllister for five episodes.

However, his first major starring credit came in 2017. He acted opposite Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone in XXX: Return of Xander Cage, taking on the role of Hawk. The character Hawk teams up with Diesel’s rival gang led by Donnie Yen in the film.

Since then, he has appeared in films like Den of Thieves and Triple Threat. However, it looks like Bisping landed something significant after a message exchange with fans on Twitter.
