“Needs to be banned for life,” Henry Cejudo roots for TJ Dillashaw’s permanent suspension whilst asking for a title shot
Aljamain Sterling- Henry Cejudo-TJ Dillashaw
Looks like some people will never leave TJ Dillashaw trolling him out of his past and Henry Cejudo is one of them. Dillashaw, who was suspended by the USADA for 2 years for the use of EPO, a PED, became eligible to fight back in 2021 when he defeated Cory Sandhagen in a razor-close fight via split decision. However, Dillashaw made many enemies on the way back to the Octagon for his PED use and those include Cejudo, Cody Garbrandt, current champion Aljamain Sterling, former champion Petr Yan, and many more.
Cejudo, a combat sports legend, is an Olympic champion and former simultaneous UFC’s two-weight division champion, the third person in history to do so. Cejudo is making the best of his efforts to return from his 2-year retirement to fight and eventually get a chance to have a third title belt in his legacy. Cejudo last fought in UFC in 2020 when he scored a knockout win over former bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz after which Cejudo retired his announcement.
Henry Cejudo calls out Aljamain Sterling to overlook TJ Dillashaw and sign the contract for title defence
Cejudo took another dig at TJ Dillashaw to talk about Dillasaw’s aforementioned use of PEDs, but on the way, Cejudo made sure he secures his title shot against current UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling.
Basically, Sterling was the one talking about Dillshaw on Twitter saying “F**k him. I don’t respect dirty cheats in my weight class. Acts like he’s been beating guys on just skill. Nah bruh, you a cheater and been a cheater. F**k him frfr”
Cejudo took to Twitter “I 100 percent agree with you. TJ Pillashaw needs to be band for life. Let’s run this @funkmasterMMA and let’s give the fans a great show. I promise I’ll give you a part time job taking care of my belt where you won’t have to say goodbye completely. I mean it, let’s sign the [pencil + paper emoji]”
What do you make of this collective blow at Dillashaw by Cejudo and Sterling? Do you think Dillashaw will become UFC champion for the third time? Or will Cejudo be Dillasahw’s biggest obstacle and will return for the division he once ruled? Or Maybe Sterling is destined to stay the champion for a long time?
