The UFC has supporters all over the world that show support for their favorite fighters on social media. But there are also many haters and trolls present online that feel that they are better than UFC fighters. Lightweight fighter Natan Levy destroyed a troll who did not believe in the Holocaust and called him out on Twitter and supported white supremacist reporter Nicholas Fuente. Levy is a jew and Fuente has spoken against Jews multiple times too.
Levy invited “Ben” to his gym, Xtreme Couture where he met up with the troll and spoke to him before fighting. Ben had switched up and acted cordial and said that he was not a “hateful person”. He also said that he trained taekwondo for 8 years and had excellent striking prowess. He also said that he believes in Fuente’s ideologies and wants to uphold his beliefs.
Levy got padded up and got into the ring with the troll. Their spar was the center of attention for the entire gym with fighters cheering for Levy to teach the hater a lesson. UFC fighter Chris Curtis was also in the crowd and was visibly enjoying the one-sided match. Levy hit his opponent with a few shots and then took the fight to the ground. After grappling with his opponent Levy made him tap out.
After teaching him a successful lesson Levy made his opponent realize his mistake and apologize to the Jewish community. The incident has highlighted the problem of trolling in the UFC and other sports. Fans want to see more trolls getting served by UFC fighters.
