Israel Adesanya is one of the biggest superstars in the biggest MMA organization in the world. His journey to greatness and the struggles he faced along the way is nothing short of inspirational. Adesanya recently came out with his documentary titled ‘The Stylebender’, which gives his fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse into his life. The movie recently premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and left Adesanya’s head coach Eugene Bareman teary-eyed.
Israel Adesanya is currently at the peak of his career. His latest win against his arch-nemesis, Alex Pereira only cemented his legacy and the post-fight victory motivated many. While Adesanya has been dominating fighters inside the ring and the octagon, his life has had many ups and downs. He recently came out with his documentary titled ‘Stylebender’, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Adesanya’s head coach Eugene Bareman also shared a few words after the Premiere as he tried to hold back his tears. The coach said, thanking Adesanya:

The documentary has been in the works since 2018 and premiered after almost five years. The documentary showcases a vulnerable side and mental battles faced by the bold and outspoken champion that fans know of. Israel Adesanya himself has stated that the movie will be inspiring for a lot of men and will help them embrace their mental health.
Israel Adesanya wants Netflix to be the highest bidder for his new documentary film
After the success of Conor McGregor’s documentary series on Netflix, the streaming service company has request from another UFC superstar. Israel Adesanya recently attended the premiere of his new documentary film,’ The Stylebender‘ at the Tribeca Film Festival. The documentary captures a more vulnerable side of the UFC champion along with his outspoken nature and flamboyant style.
Adesanya himself stated that the movie will prove helpful to young men and will help them embrace their mental health. Adesanya has also reached out to the streaming giant Netflix and is hopeful they will acquire the rights to his movie.

The movie has received positive reviews so far and is loved by people who attended the premiere. Netflix might potentially pick up the documentary movie after the success of Conor McGregor’s documentary series McGregor Forever. Israel Adesanya has also previously worked with Netflix when he dubbed for one of the characters in Netflix’s action-packed anime Baki.
