Israel Adesanya and Joe Rogan share a HILARIOUS opinion on No Nut November
Israel Adesanya (L) and Joe Rogan (R).
Since making his UFC debut, Israel Adesanya has become a sensation in the MMA world. He has ascended to the top of the middleweight division thanks to his pragmatic fighting style and charisma on the mic. The undefeated Middleweight champion knows how to put on a show.
Adesanya occasionally makes remarks that draw the attention of the audience. Sometimes fans find it amusing, while sometimes fans criticize them. Adesanya has previously offered a reality check of the “No Nut November” movement. The trend has never appealed to Israel. Back when he appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience, he even made fun of the internet challenge. He said, “What is this no-nut November bullshit?… I lost on the first day, three times” Even Joe Rogan agreed with Isreal calling the trend a hoax and bullshit.
Adesanya has been the Middleweight champion since 2019 and is going to make his sixth title defense at UFC 281. ‘The Last Stylebender’ is going to face the toughest challenge of his championship reign in Alex Pereira.

Israel Adesanya will employ Floyd Mayweather’s strategy when defending his UFC championship
Next weekend at UFC 281 in Madison Square Garden, “The Last Stylebender” will make his comeback to the octagon for one of his toughest middleweight title defenses to date. Adesanya has already fought Pereira during his stint as a kickboxer. In fact, Pereira is the only man to ever knockout ‘the last Stylebender’.
But all of that is in the past now and Israel has been one of the most dominant Middleweight champions of recent times. Recently speaking on his youtube channel reveals his strategy to defend his title. Speaking on his channel Adesanya said, “I was watching Claressa Shields and Floyd Mayweather talk on FaceTime when he fought Pacquiao…He said got up from the seat for every round. He always just thought like, ‘Forget every other fight. If there’s ever a fight I have to win, it’s this one.”
Adesanya said he had observed in detail the Floyd Mayweather fight with Manny Pacquiao and saw Mayweather’s concentration during the bout.
Adesanya has never lost a fight at 185 pounds, and his only MMA defeat came against Jan Blachowicz at light heavyweight while he was attempting to win two titles. Pereira will be his toughest challenge to date, who has managed to get a shot at the championship after three fights in UFC.
