UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya has a history of trolling his opponents over social media. He recently trolled his opponent Sean Strickland ahead of their upcoming championship fight at UFC 293. Adesanya reacted to a video of Strickland training with former opponent Alex Pereira. He trolled them with a reference to the famous movie “Tropic Thunder”.
Adesanya took to Twitter where he reacted to the sparring footage with a hilarious reference to the movie led by Robert Downey Jr. He captioned the tweet, “This was actually really nice to watch. It’s a different feel when you know what’ll happen if you went full Strickland. You never go full Strickland”. Adesanya referred to a scene in which Downey is explaining to his companion how “everybody knows you never go full r**ard”.
The middleweight champion has faced Strickland’s training partner Pereira and the two have a lot of history. Strickland trains with Pereira at the Teixeira MMA & Fitness gym owned by former light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira. The outspoken UFC fighter also faced Pereira and lost via a brutal knockout at the hands of Poatan in the first round.
Adesanya himself trolled Strickland with his knockout loss against Pereira in the build-up to their fight at UFC 293. It remains to be seen how Strickland replies to this troll from Adesanya. Fans will look forward to seeing the fight between Adesanya and Strickland as it is an exciting matchup between two top middleweights.

He also requested non-MMA fans to watch it as the documentary shows the vulnerable side of the fighter. Adesanya revealed that his family was very supportive and expressive of the documentary.
