“Sharper than Swords” Israel Adesanya shares unique BTS footage from his promotional shoot with Elden Ring

Israel Adesanya is not happy just being in Combat Sports video games, that the middleweight champion has entered the realm of fantasy. Recently The Last Stylebender was seen working at the shoot for a live-action trailer of the massively popular game, Elden Ring.
Matching up to his biggest rival Robert Whittaker in every way, the only thing left for Izzy to do now is start his own Dojo, as Whittaker himself has been a part of another immensely popular fantasy game, Skyrim. The worst part is Bobby Knuckles often takes time out to play Elden Ring, famously doing only that for a month after his rematch against Adesanya. Imagine seeing your rival pop up on screen every time you open your favorite game.

Israel Adesanya provides BTS footage of Elden Ring Trailer Shoot
Elden Ring is a 2022 action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Directed by Hideteka Miyazaki, the game also has associations with the biggest name in fantasy for the past two decades, the novelist of the books that went on to become Game Of Thrones, George RR Martin. The game has already sold upwards of 13 million copies.
Adesanya being a total nerd about pop culture makes him the ideal athlete to be the ambassador of a game where you have to battle your way to the top, much like the Kiwi himself. The trailer was released a few weeks ago hence Adesanya could provide his fans access to the entire process on his YouTube
Walking us through his makeup and pre-shoot pump, the charm and personality of Adesanya naturally translate to the camera. In a traditional Warriors outfit, Adesanya is introduced as a mystery character in the promotional character. After his face is revealed Adesanya goes on to deliver a speech about getting back up when you fall saying, “stay sharper that their swords” a great analogy for a game that keeps getting you killed.
After a quick shoot, Adesnya can be seen leaving as he thanked the entire crew for the experience, even taking time to pose for pictures with them.
Adesanya will fight his rival from Kickboxing, Alex Pereira next. What will be his 7th title defense (if you count the Whittaker beatdown in Melbourne) he will face his old Rival who will be having his 8th overall MMA fight. A date is yet to be announced for the affair but by the end of the year seems like a probably time frame.
