Although Jiri Prochazka lost this fight, he’s young and would return quickly. Last year, he vacated his light-heavyweight title, citing a shoulder injury. It was one of the worst shoulder injuries that the UFC doctors had seen. He came back from it to fight for his title. He failed, but this just showed his courage and tenacity to bounce back from adverse situations.

Who would Jiri Prochazka face on his return? That’s the question. His best way to get back into title contention soon is to fight someone at the top of the rankings. As such, Magomed Ankalaev is the only viable option. But we would have to wait and see what the UFC does.
