Joe talked with an ex-Navy seal in his recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience and talked about the U.S. military’s development of a real-life Iron Man suit. Joe was amazed by the designs shared by Retired Navy SEAL Kristin Beck. Beck revealed he was part of the ‘Carnivore’ project, which was later called the Iron Man project. The project is now known as the TALOS project, which stands for the Tactical Assault Light Operator Suit.
Talking about the suit, Kirstin revealed: “It attaches around your waist and it kind of works off your hips. So that’s a regular one with no power, that’s an unpowered one… Those things on his legs and up there are like a piston and that, as you’re moving your legs, it all works off your own kinetics and it can carry large weights so you can go faster and carry a lot more weight. Paralyzed people, they have people that are paralyzed and they can attach all this stuff to them and they can walk around and do things.”

Joe was confused about whether the structure had a purpose and if it had a purpose, what went wrong? Joe said: “If [the Mayans] did that on purpose, imagine they figured that out on purpose. Imagine if they designed that, we need to figure out what the f**k went wrong… When you consider the younger Dryas impact theory, it gets real confusing because you start going, ‘Well okay if that happened like how smart people were 12 000 years ago if the U.S. was really covered, half of it was covered in a mile-high sheet of ice and people were creating these insane structures?'”
