Joe Rogan thrashed plant-based meat and its harmful nature
The podcast host can often be witnessed giving his expertise on diets. This time, Rogan got enraged at a plant-based meat diet. Plant-based meat is a vegetarian substitute for real meat. The characteristics of real meat are followed through a plant-based routine.
Joe Rogan vocally disavowed these routines on his podcast. The UFC commentator touched on the harmfulness it causes to agriculture and farming. He also mentioned the chemical nature of such products. “When all those people were saying plant-based meat is the future, the f*** it is. It’s really bad for you,” said Rogan. He also said, “It’s mono-crop agriculture which is terrible for the land. It’s terrible for living creatures.“
Joe Rogan went in-depth on the matter and said, “If one life equals one life, you’re way better off buying cows and eating cows than you are buying corn. In order to grow a stalk of corn, a lot of s*** has to die. In order to do that, you have to poison everything else. If you wanna buy plant-based food, you’re supporting mono-crop agriculture and you’re supporting very unhealthy food.“
Upon the mention of plant-based food, Joe Rogan went off on the topic. The UFC commentator is seemingly passionate about the subject and the harmful effects it can cause on farming lands.
