Joe Rogan has promoted the concept of “cold plunges” quite often in the past. His latest discussion about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has led him to discuss the benefits of using “ice buckets” to gain health perks.
Joe Rogan is known for producing intriguing content on his YouTube channel and podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience.’ There is no strict limitation on the scope of topics that Rogan wishes to discuss on his podcast. The UFC broadcaster also invites relevant guests onto the show to give the fans fascinating information. His latest discussion with Jim Gaffigan allowed fans to gain insight into RFK Jr.’s fitness regime.
RFK Jr. is an American attorney and a solid resistance to the vaccine promotion in the country. His opinions on vaccines and their relation to autism have been ignored by the general scientific community. This has, thereby, rendered it invalid for most of the public. But the attorney has checked his health through intense workouts and “Cold plunges.”
According to Joe Rogan, RFK Jr. is another man like Sylvester Stallone who utilized the benefits of “cold plunges” at 69. Rogan stated, “He’s on Testosterone,” referring to the increase in testosterone levels after one does a cold plunge.
Joe Rogan shares his thoughts on the Jake Paul versus Nate Diaz fight
The recent crossover boxing match between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz ended with a resounding victory for the YouTuber boxer. This result aligned with most predictions by the boxing/ MMA communities. The inexperience of Diaz in boxing was a factor for such predictions. However, Joe Rogan commended Nate’s efforts in the ring soon after the fight.
Joe Rogan initially commented on how Jake Paul struggled slightly in the first few rounds. The UFC commentator later shifted to appreciating Diaz for his efforts. Rogan stated, “For those of you that thought Nate was going to be blown out, he poured it out, man.”
According to Rogan, the nature of the boxing match and Nate’s survival compels the fighters to make more money. The two fighters can achieve this by planning the same MMA matchup. Let’s hope the fighters take this advice and confirm a fight in the Octagon for the fans.
