Joe Rogan is officially one of the many celebrities that is watching through the entire court proceedings between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard that has been susceptible to public attention through media intervention. Rogan, a UFC colour commentator, a comedian and most noticeably, a podcast kingpin, has been himself been a centre of massive public attention earlier this year when he was cancelled by a lot of entities for a number of things including the alleged spreading of misinformation on Covid treatment and vaccination and alleged use of N-word.

However, Rogan had no lack of support considering the number of people that backed him, including a number of UFC fighters, and UFC President Dana White. Rogan has since been out of any controversial news and has been doing his thing lately. Rogan’s focus on Depp and Heard’s situation is for the same reasons that the world has set its eyes on for.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have been back and forth on a journey that was started with love but is ending with defamation cases and lawsuits. Rogan in the middle of all, finds out, from a tabloid that “nearly 11% of Twitter accounts participating in discourse are fake and the majority of inauthentic accounts were supportive of Heard.”

Rogan posted the picture of the headline on his Instagram, and in the caption, said that “I’m surprised it’s only 11%”

Twitter lately has been on the verge of undergoing a massive change in the monetary evaluation and allowance of free speech level. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX and currently the richest man in the world, who’s also a staunch supporter of free speech is deciding for buying the social media giant for a whopping $44 billion dollar at $54.20 per share. Musk’s motives are aimed at removing any form of restraints that would disengage people from expressing themselves no matter the degree of their words.
