“Don’t want to help him”- Joe Rogan permanently bans Donald Trump from his podcast
Donald Trump- Joe Rogan
Donald Trump might be a Joe Rogan fan but seems like that doesn’t go the other way around. The last time Trump and Rogan were under the same headline was when Trump supported Rogan during the latter’s controversies regarding misinformation on vaccination for Covid and using of racial slurs. That happened way back in January-February of 2022 but as recently as last month Rogan faced huge backlash from the internet yet again when he let his opinions out on gun laws.
All of Rogan’s controversies stem through his words said on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE). Safe to say, JRE is world’s most popular podcast which started in 2009 and by August 2010 entered into Top 100 podcasts. Rogan’s breakthrough as the podcast kingpin came when he signed a $100 million dollar deal with to exclusively air the entire episode on the Swedish audio platform. Rogan is however, most popularly known to the world as UFC’s colour commentator who’s been in the business for the past 25 years.

Joe Rogan claims to be not a Trump supporter in ‘any way, shape or form’
In a conversation at the Lex Friedman Podcast, Rogan talks about supporting Florida’s governor Ron DeSantis, martial arts, UFOs and much more. In the midst of all, Rogan also gives his opinion on former POTUS Donald Trump and possibility of getting him as a guest for JRE.
“I’m not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form,” says Rogan “I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once. I’ve said no every time. I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.” [h/t Business Insider]
What did you make of Rogan’s thoughts on Trump? Are you a Trump hater or supporter? Is the support more to do with Trump’s administration at the time of his tenure as the President, or is it just for Trump? Where do you put Rogan amongst the greatest MMA personalities of all time? Rogan last appeared at UFC 276 commentary team and is likely to comment at UFC 277 as well.
