UFC commentator and comedian Joe Rogan‘s relationship with alcohol has remained difficult throughout the years. He has talked candidly about his difficulties with addiction, as well as the rewards of sobriety. Rogan has also said that he believes smoking is a bad habit, and he has encouraged his fans to quit. He has said that smoking is not worth the health risks and that there are many healthier ways to enjoy nicotine. In a 2020 podcast episode, Rogan said: “If you’re thinking about quitting smoking, do it. It’s the best thing you’ll ever do for your health.”
