In a JRE podcast, Rogan reminisced about his first UFC cage interview with a fighter. The interview was unorthodox and hilarious. Joe Rogan is a well-known American comedian, podcast host, and mixed martial arts commentator. He gained popularity through his podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.” Known for his conversational style and open-mindedness, Joe Rogan has interviewed a wide range of guests, including scientists, politicians, athletes, and celebrities.

In addition, Rogan has been a significant figure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) for many years. He has served as the color commentator and post-fight interviewer for UFC events since 1997. Subsequently, Rogan had this to say about his first interview., ”That was UFC 12. I had to go in and interview him later and He’s like who the f**k are you? “

Hence, Rogan’s first interview was with the former undisputed heavyweight champion Mark Coleman at UFC 12 in 1997. After the fight, Rogan entered the cage for his first interview and Coleman was visibly confused and was caught off-guard. Subsequently, a very young Rogan proceeded to congratulate and ask Coleman about the fight while Coleman was still confused.
