Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been an avid fan of the UFC and MMA over the years. But his latest act as a UFC fighter has given him a lot of love from many in the MMA world, including Jon Jones.
The former WWE superstar has stormed the Hollywood industry in the last decade. Over time, his blockbuster movies and lucrative partnerships with big sporting companies like Under Armor have enlarged his bank account. His Under Armor shoe project has recently tried to join hands with Dana White and the UFC. But unfortunately, many fighters were not happy with this collaboration.

The actor has recently bought “an all-expenses paid” house in Miami for a homeless MMA fighter, Themba Gorimbo, from Zimbabwe. The act has warmed the hearts of many fans, including Jon Jones, who tweeted, “Bro getting that MMA fighter a brand new house was the most heartwarming thing I’ve seen all year. Just became an even bigger fan.“

“The Rock” met the fighter while his eyes were closed in an octagon in a private gym. The fighter was ecstatic on meeting the famous actor and jumped up to hug him. The gratitude and emotions were displayed on the faces of both men. Dwayne tweeted, “He never asked me for anything, but I just wanted to help the guy out. $7 Bucks ya know. And I felt the MANA & emotion in every hug.”
Dwayne Johnson is a successful personality who has undergone similar kinds of hardships to become the man he is today. Therefore, a young fighter like Garimbo must have resonated with “The Rock.”
