Former US President Donald Trump became one of the main attractions at the UFC 290 event when he made a surprise appearance. The event was one of the most entertaining events in recent memories. It was filled with personalities from the MMA world and outside. Trump made a pretty noticeable entrance into the arena with UFC President Dana White high-fiving fans in the stands.

UFC heavyweight Jon Jones jokingly commented on a post of Trump’s entry, saying, “Anybody else notice he slapped the black hand.” The former president could be seen tapping the hand of a black person eagerly waiting for him. Trump also met with Joe Rogan, Hollywood actor Mel Gibson, and Roger Stone and chatted with them. He also greeted Dricus Du Plessis after the South African fighter destroyed Robert Whittaker at the PPV.

The event was truly star-studded as Basketball stars Shaquille O’Neal and Jamal Murray were also present. Fighters gave the audience what they came for, as there were six first-round knockouts throughout the night. Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski finished the night with a dominant knockout win over Yair Rodriguez. Prospect Bo Nickal destroyed a newcomer in the first minute.

Jones is one of the greatest MMA fighters ever. He dominated the light heavyweight division and defeated some of the strongest and most explosive fighters in the history of the UFC. Jones then went on a three-year hiatus from fighting and returned as a heavyweight. He fought for the vacant heavyweight title against No.1 ranked Ciryl Gane and defeated him in the first round.

Stipe Miocic is prepared to fight Jon Jones

A Heavyweight showdown between former champion Stipe Miocic and Jones promises fireworks at UFC 295. After Jones’ returned to the UFC against Gane, he has risen to No.1 in the pound-for-pound rankings and remains tied with Alexander Volkanovski.

Miocic had last fought against Francis Ngannou at UFC 260, losing his title. He won the title from Daniel Cormier and defended it against Cormier before losing it to Ngannou in their second fight. Jones will be a different opponent, and Miocic plans on doing what he wants to conquer Jones.

The former champion remains convinced he will defeat Jones and walk out with the belt wrapped around his waist. He plans on finishing the champion and wants to overshadow him in every aspect of the game. Fight fans remain excited about the main event of UFC 295.
