“A cherry on top”- Jorge Masvidal reveals whether he’ll stake the BMF title in a fight against Conor McGregor

Jorge Masvidal recently lost to Colby Covington at UFC 272 via unanimous decision. The fight had a lot of hype as the fighters were seriously having a beef with each other. During the fight, Masvidal failed to make an impression as he was frequently outwrestled by Covington.
After that fight, Masvidal is currently looking for another opportunity for a big money fight. With rumours of Mcgregor’s comeback, who else would be a bigger star to take a chance for Masvidal.
Masvidal recently call-out or more likely showed his interest in fighting McGregor. However, the ‘ Notorious’ have not given any replies to it. Similarly, UFC is also very silent about who is going to fight McGregor in his comeback later this year.
Jorge Masvidal offers a deal to Conor McGregor
Masvidal recently did an interview on Blockasset where the fighter talked about his thoughts regarding the potential fight with McGregor.
Masvidal expressed that he wants to fight and break McGregor’s face as soon as possible and make that easy money. Masvidal explained he is ready to put his BMF title on-line if there is money involved. The ‘Gamebred’ promoted McGregor to bet a couple million dollars in the fight and the winner will take both the money and the belt. He said :
” Obviously, before this guy overdoses on cocaine and then the fight never happens and I don’t get to make all that easy money, I just want to break Conor’s face…I’d bring out the BMF belt only for a bad mother and some cash money. You a bad mother, you got money, let’s put some money,let’s get a little escrow going. I put a couple millions aside, you put a couple million aside and it comes with the belt as a cherry on the top.”
Both McGregor and Masvidal are some of the biggest draws in UFC history and have the capacity to sell a huge pay-per-view event. The fight fans will be excited to see both the fighters going all out against each other both inside the octagon as well as during the press conferences.
