“Probably just insult my mom”- Jorge Masvidal says Conor McGregor would do anything but accept a fight against him
Conor McGregor x Jorge Masvidal
Jorge Masvidal recently lost to Colby Covington at UFC 272 via unanimous decision. The fight had a lot of hype as the fighters were seriously having a beef with each other. During the fight, Masvidal failed to make an impression as he was frequently outwrestled by Covington.
After that fight, Masvidal is currently looking for another opportunity for a big-money fight. With rumors of Mcgregor’s comeback, who else would be a bigger star to take a chance for Masvidal.
Masvidal recently call-out or more likely showed his interest in fighting McGregor. However, the ‘ Notorious’ has not given any replies to it. Similarly, UFC is also very silent about who is going to fight McGregor in his comeback later this year.

“I think we’d shatter all numbers”- Jorge Masvidal believes his fight against Conor McGregor would break all the records
Masvidal recently appeared in an interview with MMA Fighting, and he believes Conor would do everything in his power to avoid fighting him, “No, Conor doesn’t want the fight. If he did he’d post something, he’d say something. He’d probably just insult my mom or some relative of mine or my nation where I come from.”
He added, “He’ll say something like that but he won’t say anything about a fight or a fight date. So the Conor thing, he just wants it ‘I hope it goes away’ because he really doesn’t want to fight. He doesn’t mention or say anything.”
“Obviously it’s maybe the biggest pay-per-view fight in history as far as the UFC goes. I think we’d shatter all numbers, all previous records. But for some reason this guy doesn’t want to entertain it,” Jorge concluded.
