Julianna Pena is ready to create history once again against Amanda Nunes

Julianna Pena wants to show the world that her first win against Amanda Nunes was no fluke. The reigning women’s bantamweight champion is all set to go ahead of the biggest women’s title rematch in the history of the promotion at UFC 277.

Julianna went up against all the odds against undoubtedly the greatest women’s mixed martial arts fighter of all time and snatched the bantamweight belt in style. Amanda Nunes and the entire world were stunned as Julianna finished the GWOAT in the second round of the fight after a stunning first round.

Pena’s win over Amanda is the biggest upset in the promotion’s history. “At the end of the day, Amanda and I are the best fighters in the world. You are literally getting the two best fighters in the world, that are going to collide on Saturday night. I can’t tell you I’m going to pull a rabbit out of the hat, I can just tell you I’m going to stand there toe to toe with the best in the world and I’m going to give my best,” said Julianna talking to the press.

“We’re going to see whose ovaries are bigger and I’m willing to bet, that will be me,” said Julianna talking at the UFC 277 media scrum ahead of her fight. “I am just ready to snuff out this torch. I am ready to close this chapter and move forward. But it is hard for to predict what is there in the future.”

Julianna and Amanda will be heading the UFC 277 pay-per-view bout this weekend at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It will be a main-event fight of five rounds.
