Justin Gaethje will get his second shot at an undisputed UFC Lightweight Championship against Charles Oliviera. Gaethje has previously challenged for the title against Khabib, a bout where he was choked out by Khabib with an early round 2 Triangle Choke. The Colorado native and former interim champion has criticized the current champion for what he considers “willingly quitting” during his earlier fights.

The pair first saw each other face to face after Charles’ defeat of Dustin Poirier bagging in his first title defence. This will be the first fight since challenging for the title where Oliviera will come in as a favourite. Gaethje put on a massive performance in his last outing against Michael Chandler where he won a three-round decision over the former Bellator champion in the opening bout of the main card at Madison Square Garden.

Gaethje believes he has the power to put out Charles Oliviera for good and that he will make the champion, “Walk Through Hell”
