Justin Gaethje is one of the most terrifying figures in the UFC lightweight division. Many fighters including former champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, praised ‘The Highlight’ for his punching power. Now, he is set to fight the credited striker, Max Holloway, in the historic UFC 300 fight card. However, his recent makeover showcased an innocent-looking face, making rumbles among the fans.
In his recent interview with ESPN MMA, Justin Gaethje shocked everyone with his new look. He got rid of his beard and embraced a clean-shaven look. This soon captured the attention of the MMA fans. One fan even compared Gaethje’s look to Conor McGregor’s and wrote “Worst than beardless Conor.“
Justin Gaethje revived his hopes of fighting for the lightweight title when he won his fight against the rising prospect Rafael Fiziev. He previously fought for the lightweight title twice and lost both. Now, he placed himself in a position to fight for the title. But, due to the inactivity of the lightweight champion, ‘The Highlight’ accepted a fight against Max Holloway.
