“I will be that ‘anyone’ for you,” Kevin Holland hilariously renames himself on Twitter to get the Nate Diaz fight
Kevin Holland- Nate Diaz
UFC Welterweight Kevin Holland is one scary mixed martial artist now but keeps on getting funnier and more courageous as well outside the Octagon. Holland, who last stole the show in his home state of Texas by defeating Tim Means in an astonishing way of submitting the durable athlete via second round, is now on a 2-fight winning skid at welterweight, bouncing off from last year which was full of losses and a no-contest.
Holland has won over the likes of Means, Oliveira, Jacare Souza, Joaquin Buckley, Anthony Hernandez, Darren Stewart and many more. Holland has been longing for a fight with either Nick Diaz or Nate Diaz, collectively known as The Diaz brothers. Holland has a brief history with the elder brother outside the octagon, as he told in one of his interviews at The MMA Hour when Nick tried to slap him. According to Holland, he believes that Nick might’ve been under the influence of some beverages.

Nate Diaz wants the last UFC fight to pursue the Jake Paul fight, Kevin Holland wants to grab the opportunity
In a tweet released by Nick Diaz’s younger brother Nate Diaz, the latter posted a video of Youtuber-cum-boxer Jake Paul’s last fight where Paul knocked out former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley. Diaz said in the caption “Ufc release now please or give me fight with anyone in July or august I have bigger shit to do”
In Diaz’s tweet, the “anyone” caught Holland’s attention and thereon, Holland changed his name on Twitter to “I’m Anyone for Diaz” and quoted Diaz’s aforementioned tweet and wrote “Anyone? Ok I’ll be anyone just for you lil Nate!“
What do you make of Holland’s hilarious attempt to get the Nate Diaz fight? The reason Diaz is asking for his release is that he has only one fight left in his current UFC contract and therefore wants to get done with it as soon as possible but the matchmaking hasn’t proceeded with his future yet. Diaz and UFC lightweight Dustin Poirier traded a lot of back and forth before the fight eventually didn’t proceed into a deal and Poirier moved on from thinking about the fight. Who do you think would win if a fight happens between Holland and Diaz?
