Khabib Nurmagomedov has surprised his fans with his new state-of-the-art gym. The retired undefeated fighter is venturing into the fitness industry with his highly lavish Gym in Dubai. The gym also has several additional features that Khabib detailed down while announcing the opening of his gym.

After his last fight in 2020, Khabib Nurmagomedov, retired from UFC with an undefeated record. Although UFC President Dana White tried his best to bring back Khabib, ‘The Eagle’ stood strong on his decision. Khabib left his life of fighting behind and became a head coach to train fighters at American Kickboxing Academy. He also founded his fighting federation Eagle FC and signed a few UFC fighters as well.

However, earlier this year Khabib Nurmagomedov decided to distance himself from MMA. Nurmagomedov made this move to spend more time with his family and focus on other businesses. Now The Eagle has established a state-of-the-art training facility at a place close to his heart. Khabib Nurmagomedov has opened his first state-of-the-art Khabib Gym in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The facility is located in one of the lavish areas and includes advanced training and recovery centers.

Apart from that Khabib Gym will also include a separate MMA section where fighters can hold their training camps. Along with that the gym also includes some of the best coaches and helping staff to help with general fitness and MMA. The gym is simply one of the few ventures Khabib has taken up after retiring from a lifestyle of active competition. The former lightweight champion is happy with the gym and thankful for his partners.

Former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou has bagged the money fight against Tyson Fury. With Francis on his way to earning his biggest payday, many apologized for ever doubting him. Although Francis has proved many wrong through the fight announcement, people are unsure he gets the win. Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov also gave his predictions long back for the fight where he highly doubts Ngannou’s chances against the ‘Gypsy King’.

In an interview with Sky Sports last year, Nurmagomedov stated that Tyson Fury is untouchable in boxing. “Tyson Fury, this guy is the best right now. I think Tyson Fury is on a different level in boxing. If they fight in MMA, of course, Francis Ngannou has a chance. In boxing, I don’t see anyone that can touch his face,” said Khabib.

Like Khabib many doubt Ngannou’s ability as he is going against one of the best heavyweights. However, ‘The Predator’ hopes to prove everyone wrong just like he did before and aims to shock the world.
