UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov delved into various topics in a recent interview with Patrick Bet-David. They covered aspects of his childhood up to his aspirations for the future. The interview provided an in-depth exploration of Khabib’s life journey and his perspectives on various matters. Khabib Nurmagomedov has made a resolute statement in the interview that training is imperative for his sons. His father, the late Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, played a pivotal role in grooming ‘The Eagle’ for success from a young age.

Khabib was adamant that he wouldn’t make compromises when it came to his son’s duties. He wants his son to train regularly and be strong. Khabib said, “He’s a man and he’s gonna train. He have to be strong.” The audience applauded the Russian’s conviction in telling his son to be strong. Khabib and his wife, Patimat, have three children: Fatima, their daughter, and their sons Magomed and Husayn. Although the boys are required to train, they can decide whether they wish to pursue becoming world champions.

In the interview with Patrick Bet-David, Khabib was clear and concise when discussing politics. The Dagestani thought politics was subject to change, so it was not for him. He knew that his influence in his native republic was massive, and he could make a run for it in politics if he wished.

However, Khabib has absolutely no interest in entering the political domain. He wished to help people whenever possible, but politics repulsed him. He also spoke about the people who were trying to get him to make political statements. Khabib believed that everybody has limits, and he wished to help and inspire people with respect to his limits. He commented that politics contained unnecessary drama.

Spending time with his family is the only thing that makes him happy right now. He missed much time after his debut in the UFC and wished to compensate for it after retirement. Khabib continues to train fighters in Dagestan but will not corner them for fights.
