“Stop Adesanya in 3 rounds”- Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager claims he would maul Israel Adesanya in a middleweight contest

Israel Adesanya and Khabib Nurmagomedov
If the two battled for the middleweight belt, Israel Adesanya has been told that Khabib Nurmagomedov will stop him in three rounds. The Last Stylebender possesses the UFC middleweight belt and holds a large advantage over Nurmagomedov, who has since retired from the sport in 2020. Nurmagomedov never lost in his MMA career but only ever competed in the Lightweight category and has retired as its unbeaten champion after 29 fights.
Nurmagomedov and Adesanya have previously spoken positively of one another, and a fight between them has always appeared exceedingly implausible due to their dominance in the different weight classes. Despite being dubbed the finest striker in the world, the Russian’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, believes his client has better wrestling skills and can see him destroying Adesanya if they were ever to take on each other.
Sherdog recently interviewed Ali Abdelaziz for his show. Among the questions posed about his other star representatives, Ali is questioned about possibly seeing Khabib Nurmagomedov in the ring again.
“Israel is the finest striker on the planet”- Abdelaziz says when comparing Khabib Nurmagomedov and Israel Adesanya

Ali then gives a detailed comparison of what it would be like if the UFC’s Hall of Fame fighter were to take on the Nigerian fighter. He tells Sherdog, “If Khabib comes tomorrow and cut to 185, he will stop Adesanya in three rounds, this is my opinion. I see it. He beat heavyweights, light heavyweights, welterweights, lightweights. He’s unstoppable.”
He added, “He’s like a tractor-trailer. Styles, if Khabib want to come back and talk with Dana White, say, ‘Let me fight at middleweight,’ he will finish Israel Adesanya in three rounds because the style of fights.”
Ali then tells Sherdog, “Adesanya cannot stop his wrestling, he cannot stop his grappling. Striking, of course, Israel is the best striker on this planet. But Khabib can come back and fight middleweight and become a champion today.” Who do you think will win in a fight, Khabib or Adesanya? Comment below
