Nate Diaz encountered several hurdles leading to the fight against Jake Paul scheduled for August. Nevertheless, one aspect no one expected him to struggle with was cardio and stamina. However, according to pro boxer Esquiva Falcao, Diaz is not ready for his current fight against Paul.

One of the most prominent fighters in the middleweight division in boxing, Esquiva Falcao, took to YouTube to weigh in with his observation. He determined that Nate Diaz’s condition remains unsatisfactory before his upcoming fight with Paul. Jake has won many professional boxing fights against veteran MMA fighters before Nate Diaz. Therefore, when an expert like Falcao confirmed that Diaz remains unfit, fans expressed concern for the beloved fighter.

Recently, the Twitter account, Happy Punch posted leaked footage of a sparring session with Diaz in the presence of Falcao. Falcao explained how Diaz weighed close to 220 pounds and did not perform well in training. As many avid MMA fans would know, this is not Diaz’s natural fighting weight. Factors like this seem problematic for Nate in the boxing ring.

Since Nate Diaz has defeated elite MMA fighters like Conor McGregor utilizing his incredible endurance, fans never expected Diaz to have cardio-related issues. There is also a possibility that the Diaz camp could be promoting false news to play mind games with Jake Paul.

Jake Paul expressed his disappointment with Nate Diaz’s behavior during negotiations for their upcoming crossover event in August. The MMA veteran has changed the terms for things like weed, the number of rounds, etc. Such behavior frustrated Jake Paul, and the influencer-boxer has trained harder to make Diaz pay for the unprofessional behavior.

In a recent interview with Pat McAfee, Jake Paul clarified his stance. The Youtuber termed Nate Diaz a “bully” and a “punk” due to his past behavior. This may have something to do with Diaz not attending important interviews, calling off fights, or anything related to the fight. Jake Paul summed up the entire matter by calling Nate Diaz unprofessional.

Nate Diaz does have a reputation for beating people up on the streets and being irresponsible with these appointments, but whether that amounts to being a “punk” is debatable. The fight between the two indeed amounts to something interesting for the fans.
