Rockhold utilises mushrooms and marijuana to become “super focused.” In his interview with Submission Radio, He stated, “I use marijuana to kind of isolate. I don’t get any need or want to go do other things. It just kind of isolates me and hyper focuses me on my goal and just being on a one-track mind”

Israel Adesanya isn’t the strongest opponent in the division, according to Rockhold, who claimed he is the only one capable of unseating him in a recent interview with MMA Junkie, He stated, “He’s a tough fight. He’s a big puzzle. He is the most complicated puzzle there is at middleweight and has been for a long time, so it’s gonna be interesting. I think the right game, and that’s my fight. I think the hardest fight for me right now is Whittaker, but if I play the right game with any of these guys, it’s my fight.”

When Strickland met top-tier kickboxer Alex Pereira this past weekend, he put on one of the most ridiculed performances in recent memory. Strickland marched forward with his hands low and was brutally knocked out in the first round despite his pre-fight advice to not be scared to hit his more experienced opponent.

Luke and Sean had a couple of exchanges wherein they exchanged not-so-nice words for each other. On the account of this, post the fight, Sean stated to Submission Radio ,“he just proved how f****** dumb he is. The system wanted him to try and stand with him and prove that stupid point, and he just [fell for it]. It happens. It happens to a lot of people. You try to over-prove yourself and do something stupid. That’s the game, that’s the fight game. It’s a mental f***** battle, and he lost the battle.”

At UFC 278 in August, Rockhold will take on Paulo Costa, and he’s expecting to put on the kind of performance that will enable him to outperform Pereira.
