The highly anticipated UFC matchup between billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk is eagerly anticipated. The two billionaires have also been going back and forth on social media, adding trash talk to their fight. Zuckerberg has recently fired back at Musk, who claimed that the fight between them will be streamed on the X app owned by Musk.

The Meta CEO took to his new “Threads” app where he said, “Shouldn’t we use a more reliable platform that can actually raise money for charity?”. Musk had primarily offered to stream on his app and claimed that all the proceeds raised for the fight will go to veterans as charity.

Zuckerberg also addressed Musk’s claim that he has been lifting weights all day in preparation for the fight. He said, “I’m ready today, I suggested Aug 26 when he first challenged, bet he hasn’t confirmed. not holding my breath”. Both billionaires can be seen training vigorously with multiple MMA fighters such as Israel Adesanya and Georges St-Pierre.

It remains to be seen if the fight between the two billionaires actually plays out. Nothing is really clear about the fight or its rules. The fight is still in the planning stages, and it is not yet clear when it will take place. It is a rivalry that is fueled by both competition and ideology.

Elon Musk needs surgery after training with a Sumo wrestler

Ahead of his much-anticipated matchup against Mark Zuckerberg, Musk will receive an MRI of his neck and upper back soon which will determine if he can keep training for the fight. He will be informed if he needs surgery leading up to the fight.

Musk reportedly has major back pain due to a bout with a sumo wrestler. He also said that it happened when he called out Russian President Vladimir Putin for a fight and trained with a Sumo to prove it. When asked about the date of his fight with Zuckerberg Musk replied “Exact date is still in flux. I’m getting an MRI of my neck & upper back tomorrow. May require surgery before the fight can happen. Will know this week.”

Musk and Zuckerberg’s rivalry is likely to intensify in the coming days. Both men are ambitious and driven, and they both stand to lose a lot if the other succeeds. Fans will find it interesting to see how their rivalry develops.
