Marlon Vera is more than ready to keep climbing his way to the top while also capturing wins over the big names. Vera is not only the first ever MMA fighter signed with the UFC out of the Latin American nation of Ecuador but has also been the first Ecuadorian to headline a UFC event in his last fight against Rob Font, where Vera dominated Font with a knockdown in almost every round. Vera is next booked to fight in August against former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz.
