Former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway is mildly annoyed with UFC fans for not supporting their fighters in fashion. ‘Blessed ‘ is one of the most durable fighters on the roster. Except for the champion, Alexander Volkanovski, Holloway has gone through almost every fighter in the division, making him the unofficial gatekeeper at 145 lbs. Usually, Holloway has fight fans cheering for him, but this time around, Blessed Express lost to Gigi Hadid.

Max Holloway is coming off a win against Arnold Allen, who is a formidable opponent in the featherweight division. Both fighters went for a five-round war, in which Max emerged victorious. Max Holloway has set records in the UFC that are almost impossible to break. He has the highest number of significant strikes landed and strikes thrown. He has also never been knocked out throughout his career, despite facing some killers in UFC.

Apart from his fighting abilities, Holloway might also have a great sense of fashion. UFC’s official Twitter account recently posted a tweet asking their followers to select the better-dressed person. They put up pictures of models Gigi Hadid and Ronda Rousey sporting the same dress. Whereas, Max Holloway was put alongside NFL players Odell Beckham Jr. and Cam Newton. Fans made a decision and picked Gigi Hadid and Odell Beckham Jr. over UFC fighters for the best-dressed person.

Odell even tweeted that the UFC crowd better roll with him. However, Holloway also made sure that UFC fans stuck with him and replied to Beckham Jr. ” The UFc crowd gotta stay with UFC fighter come on my man,” tweeted Holloway. While it was all fun and games, Holloway might be a bit hurt watching his fans pick Gigi Hadid.

Former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway defeated Arnold Allen during their fight in Kansas City. Allen was one of the most highly touted prospects and an interesting featherweight contender. After scoring a win over Allen, Holloway put the matchmakers in a difficult situation. Given his three losses against the champion, Alexander Volkanovski, he won’t be getting a fourth title shot anytime soon.

However, ‘ Blessed’ has made things easy for them as he hints at moving up to the lightweight division. During his appearance on MMA Hour, Holloway revealed that he was very interested in fighting for the BMF title. ” We saw that fun BMF belt, with Gaethje and Poirier. Me and Poirier fought two times and people keep harassing me about Gaethje anyway. I know people shouting out that BMF belt. That BMF belt would look real nice in my collection,” said Max. He also listed a second match with Charles Oliveira as a possibility, given that their first bout worked in Holloway’s favor.

Before his much-anticipated move to the lightweight division, Max Holloway will be facing the Korean Zombie. The bout takes place on August 26 and will serve as the main event for UFC Fight Night Singapore.
