In only a few days Arnold Allen will fight Max Holloway at UFC fight night in Kansas City. This fight will be the most important and toughest fight of Allen’s career to date. With a win over Holloway, Allen will become the next in line to face the featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski. While Allen is pumped up for his fight against Holloway he also seems to be upset about Meghan Markle’s absence at the coronation.
After the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles III will be crowned the new king. Buckingham Palace announced that the Duke of Sussex Prince Harry will be seen attending the crowning ceremony of The King and Queen Camilla. However, his wife Meghan Markle the Duchess of Sussex won’t be seen with him. Meghan Markle will be skipping the coronation due to the couple’s son Prince Archie’s fourth birthday in California. The dates of the Coronation clash with the Prince’s birthday so even though Prince Harry will be seen to support his father. Meghan Markle will be spending time with the kids.
Arnold Allen is an English-born mixed martial artist. Britisher Allen is also interested in affairs of the royalty. In a press conference leading up to the fight night, Allen was asked how he felt about the situation. Allen laughed and said jokingly he couldn’t focus on his fight after hearing the news. “I was trying to wrap my brains around it. But you know sometimes these things happen and you get on with your day,” said Allen.
While the question was a funny one, Allen’s sarcastic reply to the question made it way better. With his sights set on the featherweight title a win over Max Holloway will get him very close to the UFC gold.
Leon Edwards seen helping Arnold Allen prior to his fight against Max Holloway

Arnold Allen will face his toughest battle yet in his bout against Max Holloway at UFC fight night Kansas City. Max Holloway is deemed the gatekeeper of the featherweight division. Holloway has been able to subdue every fighter in the featherweight division except for Alexander Volkanovski. Max Holloway was also the former featherweight champion prior to Alexander Volkanovski. While Allen might not have any experience fighting for titles in the UFC, he has on his side fighters who have enough experience.
Arnold Allen trains with Leon Edwards during his fight camps. In an interview, Allen talked about how Leon’s presence boosts everyone’s efforts in the gym. Allen has on many occasions termed Leon as the best fighter to come out of the U.K. With Leon in the gym, many are motivated by the fact that the UFC gold is achievable and Leon’s success can be replicated.
In addition to training with Leon Edwards Allen also trains with rising star Ian Garry and UFC G.O.A.T George St-Pierre. Training with two champions has had an impact on Allen. How will his experience of training with the champs help in his fight against Holloway? Only a few days more and we will see that at UFC fight night.
