Tyson recently joined Henry Cejudo for an interview in the ‘Relevnt App’ and during the conversation, Cejudo talked about McGregor’s return.

When asked about who would be the ideal opponent for McGregor to make his comeback, Tyson was clear in his mind and shared his opinions. According to Tyson, the ‘ Notorious’ should take on other fighters in order to bring the confidence and then fight for the title with Oliviera. Tyson revealed that Ferguson is a good choice but it is a tough fight for McGregor.

Tyson said:

“He should do a couple of fights to get his feet wet, yes. Well, Conor I think you should build your confidence up and go do what you do, win excitingly.” When asked about Ferguson being the Contender for Mcgregor’s return, Tyson continued ” Woah! That’s a tough fight man..he makes exciting fights,it’s hard to beat that guy…let him(McGregor) three fights that builds confidence back up. Every Fight, the opponent goes to a higher level.”

Although it seems like a good idea given that McGregor is currently in a very bad form, it’s hard to imagine McGregor doing that. The fighter is not known for fighting anybody randomly if there is not something big in the line. It can be a title or a huge amount of money. On top of that, fighting three fights before the title shot will take a lot of time.
